Tough to find enough elevation gain to help train for mountaineering and backpacking at elevation. Used to use stairmaster, but the 75 degree elevation and tracking make the Cascade Climber ideal for my purposes and is a great total body workout. Best machine for interval training that I have found. Easy to use and great output to help track progress - online videos were helpful as well. Resistance levels are a great feature that sets this machine apart from other similar equipment. Gym membership officially cancelled!!
