Called numerous glass replacement companies and chose Cascade Glass as they said it would take 2 days for a basement window replacement. I went ahead in booking the home visit for glass measurement & quote of the window and paid the bill. CASCADE GLASS LIED AND IT DID NOT TAKE 2 DAYS! It took them 6 days to complete the home visit and I did not hear from them for 20 days. Great customer service and fast turnaround, good prices
My wife and I were at Cascade Glass office. We were looking for option to renovate ours shower door. We were attended by Jasmine. She was nice and kind. Jasmine show us a few option to our project.
