Debbie and the group at Cascade Glass in Lehi worked with me for over 2 months to get the windshield on my 2022 Lucid Air GT replaced. We had some hurdles in making sure we got all our ducks in a row, but worked together seamless like a well oiled machine, and Debbie made it a friendly experience! Thanks again for all the hard work to get this very difficult situation taken care of!
In this day and age, competence is important, but customer service is just as important. Cascade Glass excels at both. They fixed my problem quickly, never made me feel like it was my fault, and got me back on the road. Their professionalism and outstanding customer service were truly impressive.
