super great customer service and they did a fantastic job! had our side window shattered by a lawn company and cascade fixed it the next day! will be using them again!!
Had a conversation with the manager John. Straight up told me there not the cheapest glass place, but I'm not going to find another company that will try harder for a quality install. He was right. The guys protected my car, took there time, and cleaned up nicely after. I'll be using them again.
Solid all the way around. The way they handle issues speaks highly about the type of business they are. Super responsive and went the extra mile on our windshield. A BIG thank you to Sheila and the team!!!
Cascade worked *fast,* and the repairs are beautiful. We had a scheduling problem initially and they were on top of it immediately. The technician was knowledgeable and even saved us some money by knowing which cracks were worth fixing and which were just cosmetic. I'm much more confident driving in the summer heat now!
