We bought a skid load for our brush truck. And had some issues with the pump. Cascade sent a mechanic to a fire in Washington to fix our issue. Amazing customer service. Thank you.
I spoke to one rep checking on my order. It had been a month and everything showed up except for 2 parts. I was told if I want my stuff in the summer, to order it in December. I mentioned I would have ordered these parts elsewhere if I would have known on the back orders and that they should list this on their site. He told me no one list leads times and hung up on me. Very disappointed after spending nearly $3k with them.
