Not advice for you, simply reporting my experience: saw Liz Quinn and will never let her near me again. Now, if you want to be treated awfully, maybe set an appointment. As a patient, I was under the impression that medical care was offered….but I was very wrong to the point I immediately terminated the relationship for a different medical office all together.
I have ordered a pair of lenses three weeks ago at Cascade Eye And Skin Center in Auburn WA. Last Thursday I stopped by the office and was told that I will not be able to get my lenses until 08/22, because optometrist is on vacation. The office manager told me that she cannot give me my lenses, because she is "not authorized". Really? The office manager is not authorized to open the drawer to give me my lenses?
