Everyone was very professional and very nice. They made sure I was comfortable and took very good care of me before during and after the procedure I would recommend cascade to anyone.The staff is very professional and caring. They are good about sitting you down after your procedure and discussing everything that went on and they let you know if they found any abnormalities disguss them with you and then asked if you had any questions at all.
My recent experience was positive. When I mentioned it was cold in the pre-op room, they listened and brought me several heated blankets. Procedure was seamless
From check-in to leaving your facility I was well cared for by all of your staff…friendly, attentive and professional. Thanks!
Staff was friendly. Appointment was on time and procedure was quick. Doctor and all the nurses were very friendly and happy to answer questions. Only complaint was the prep paper work was a bit confusing on some dietary requirements and they didn’t answer the ‘urgent’ line provided and took almost four hours to call back. The patient turnover rate is quick and they are very proficient
