Dr Klawson is the BEST!
I just left Dr. Montes’ office and feel so hopeful. I have not had great experiences with Rhumetology or the PCPs at Western Medical a group. Dr. montes’ is an acception and speaks to you openly,compassionately&without judgement. Also,as someone who is Hispanic, it was so affirming to have a doctor who gets Hispanic body genetics and is not second guessing me, which happens a lot with White doctors unfortunately. Also. Dr. Montes is the best endocrinologist that I have ever been too, great bedside manors and explains everything to detail without leaving you up in the air. He has brought me to new levels with my type 2 diabetes, I have been seeing him for many years now and will continue on. Thank you Dr. Montes for being such a compassionate doctor.
well over 20 phone calls and emails sent over a three week period. no one ever answers the phone, returns my calls or messages. id give 0 stars if that was an option. update, after three weeks i received an email saying i need to call and make an appointment before they would refill my prescriptions. i CANT DO THAT BECAUSE NO ONE ANSWERS AND YOU CANT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE so after ghosting me for weeks they are now holding my health hostage. it is very clear that they are not interested in helping patients.
