Never got a bill. Then a text tells me my payment is late. Still no bill. Then a text tells me to pay thru papayapay (which has a 1.8 stars rating on Google. Still no bill. Now they sent me to collections. STILL no bill. Stay away from this place and these people. Absolute nightmare

This company does NOT want to get paid. Want to know how much you owe? It's a secret! They will not send you a bill, discuss your bill with you, or allow you to pay your bill. They will, however, attempt to send your bill to collections. When they do that, file an FCRA complaint with the FTC. YOu'll likely get paid.

I have been dealing with Cascade Emergency Physicians for just about 1 year. I had a complicated pregnancy in 2022 where I needed to rush into the emergency room multiple times. On two different occasions I was seen by a specific doctor that works with Cascade Emergency Physicians for billing purposes. When I contacted CEP they said that I owed $1782.25 (which was 80 percent of the bill). I was told to reach out to my insurance because that wasn't making sense. I had to go to the ER last year and billed everything though my insurance. I never received the physician portion of the bill and they sent it straight to collections. I called asking explanations as I was sure I had paid everything ( an over $1000 just for some stitches) but turns out the physician was an extra $400 I never paid. I told them the reason why I never paid for it is that I never was told a) a way to pay for it b) no communication letting me know I owed anything. Had a very bad experience with the admin staff here and would really recommend exploring other options before choosing this place. My daughter was offered a re-scan which was then simply cancelled as a result of my hoping to re-schedule 24hrs ahead of the appointment time. Was not able to recover any of the money paid and had to remind them of sending photos from the initial (not great) scan to begin with. Terribly Dishonest.
