Literally told me they don't care about patient outcomes, because they don't bill based on outcome or time spent with the Dr. They just charge an asinine amount no matter the outcome. This company embodies everything that is wrong with Healthcare in America.
Same experience as everyone else. Got a random text to pay a bill. Clowns never send sent me anything telling me what I was paying for.
Never got a bill. Then a text tells me my payment is late. Still no bill. Then a text tells me to pay thru papayapay (which has a 1.8 stars rating on Google. Still no bill. Now they sent me to collections. STILL no bill. Stay away from this place and these people. Absolute nightmare
This company does NOT want to get paid. Want to know how much you owe? It's a secret! They will not send you a bill, discuss your bill with you, or allow you to pay your bill. They will, however, attempt to send your bill to collections. When they do that, file an FCRA complaint with the FTC. YOu'll likely get paid.
I have been dealing with Cascade Emergency Physicians for just about 1 year. I had a complicated pregnancy in 2022 where I needed to rush into the emergency room multiple times. On two different occasions I was seen by a specific doctor that works with Cascade Emergency Physicians for billing purposes. When I contacted CEP they said that I owed $1782.25 (which was 80 percent of the bill). I was told to reach out to my insurance because that wasn't making sense.
