I'm updating my last review as I feel my first visit must've caught them on a down day. They really took the time with my sick cat and told us about options and progression. Showed us how to give meds and took the time to give suggestions on how to make her comfortable. I'm grateful for this place and all of the staff who were really helpful and caring to us and our baby.
If you love your fur babies, do not bring them here!
Time and attention seemed rushed. Had to talk them into standard tests for a cat that hadn't been seen in years. Hard to know what to expect, communication isn't the greatest. They handled my cat well but failed to discuss or offer suggestions on care habits or things to watch for with my aging cat. At least they're taking new patients again. It's taken years to try getting in here.
