You have to pay a subscription service monthly to go here. When I asked why, she said its for the "back office work, like writing prescriptions". Lol isnt that what billing insurance is part of? So basically really what it is, is finding more excuses to charge you for anything.
About a year ago we had an accident in our home where I slipped in my garage while holding my one month old daughter. She hit her head on the concrete floor. It was every parents nightmare come true. She was screaming and very upset. My wife and I were in pure panic mode. We tried calling the new parent line with our main provider to get immediate advice. Called to find out if they accept new patients. When asked about insurance, I gave them OHP and before I could give them my secondary, she quickly and rudely told me that they didn’t accept OHP and just hung up on me. I called back and asked how they were just gonna rush me off the phone? I explained that if she’d have let me finish talking she’d have heard that I had another insurance. If that’s how they are at the front desk I sure don’t want anything to do with their physicians.
