I shared it had been 10 years and I have anxiety around going to the dentist. Every staff member I encountered was very kind and welcoming. I saw Dr Wilson and Emma and they talked me through every step and made me feel very very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this clinic for anyone.
Had 3 crowns done at the same time. I felt no pain and they made the new crowns there. I walked out with three new crowns. Dr Wilson explained every step. His tech was also very helpful and informative. I really enjoyed the neck pillow. Thank you all for a pleasant experience. A thank you to Tracy for helping with the insurance.
Great visit! Dental hygienist Ronita is amazing! She is very thorough and kind, providing the best dental cleanings I’ve ever had. Ronita shows genuine care and takes her time to deliver excellent deep cleanings that I need. Deanna, patient care coordinator, is friendly and helpful with billing information. I feel well cared for during my appointments at Cascade Dental.
Everyone at Cascade Dental is so friendly and comforting in addition to being thorough and gentle. I had THE BEST dental cleaning experience ever with Jen (the hygienist) ... I have recently been going thru an implant procedure and the dental rinse caused ALOT of staining but Jen went above and beyond to make sure every spot was removed and I was so impressed with the results! Sarah, my Dental Coordinator, is always so friendly and attentive to all of my calls and questions. I highly recommend Cascade Dental.
Wonderful environment. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. Dr. Reller is a very compassionate dentist and excellent keeping a nervous patient calm. He is very knowledgeable and great about explaining what is going on.. I would happily refer those who are choosing a dentist to Cascade Dental, Dr. Reller and his staff.
