You might as well take the hard earned money out of your wallet and light it on fire if you plan to hire Cascade Custom Construction. At least that way you might stay warmer than any structure Brent would build for you. He built half of a structure for me and then walked off the job with an extra $150,000 in his pocket. Brent just disappeared from the job and called me later to say he messed up on the budget and overspent by $40,000 so he left to figure it out but never came back!
