Had what I thought was a serious parking lot ding on my 2023 Bronco, took it to CSN Cascade for an estimate, which was going to be a hair over $800, and would be without for a couple days. Totally reasonable on both counts. Dropped it off at 9, they called just before 2 pm, letting me know it was finished, for $500 less. Picked up my vehicle in CSN after the repairs, and their service was above and beyond, the repairs was perfect and spotless.
Unfortunately, I had to return for another repair, but fortunately, Theran and Krista made the experience a positive one as always! My experience at Cascade is always professional, friendly, and efficient. My vehicle was repaired and came back looking as good as new, all in a timely manner. Really appreciate the great service!
