horrible experience. I’d actually appreciate a phone call from whoever owns this poorly run company. You wasted many hours of my time on the phone trying to solve what should’ve been done by Cascade. Your hold music on the phone specifically states that you will “take care of all problems so the customer doesn’t have to”. I solved all the problems. Your company was an absolute disaster during this process except for Jonathan.
