Great customer service! Kept us up to date throughout the process. Would definitely recommend!!
Was involved in an accident front end Collison. Took it to get repaired at cascade. They were pretty decent at communicating. Their online program wasn't that informative. Got the car back, and the body work made it look like new. On the mechanical side, i had to take it back twice to get the alignment done right. The shop they sent it to get an alignment was master auto in ogeden , and they were rude and did a half done job. After that, many other problems on the mechanical side were not fixed and ended up costing me over 5... read more
