The front desk staff here are amazing!! They truly cared and helped me navigate a stressful situation with clarity and ease. They kept me updated every step of the way and their repair technicians did wonderful work!
Wouldn’t recommend this location. Customer service was disappointing, communication was lacking, and the whole process felt unorganized. I had to keep calling for updates, and I wasn’t happy with how everything was handled. I expected a lot more professionalism and better attention to detail. Based on my experience, I won’t be coming back.
I do not understand why they have such a high rating. We had a scheduled date to drop off for repair. Hired a tow truck and went in. They told us they couldn’t get to it for 2 months. This is now making sense. They did a quick quote and marked the vehicle at totaled. Please use caution when dealing with this shady shop.
