I want to start with a positive word - I will absolutely work with them again, trust them, and would recommend them to a friend. However, there were a few minor issues with initial repair and pickup experience (rattle in door, unaligned trim and body panels, paint on weather strip, sticky substance on top of car). I do wish I could have picked it up without any issues - However, the team was humble and patient and fixed the problems for me, which says a TON. The best place to get your car fixed! Michelle was great and so friendly! They kept me updated on my car and what was happening!
They helped us out so much, for two months of dealing with insurances that didn't want to pay and wouldn't work with me, They went above and beyond for us and helped make sure the other parties insurance was held accountable. I will Definitely use them if needed in the future and will recommend them to all friends and family!
