Another business recommended that I try Cascade Collision. My niece had pulled at the ceiling lining and it was no longer connected. The employees at Cascade Collision were very welcoming and helpful. They were able to fix the lining very quickly and it looks as good as new! Thank you so much Cascade Collision!

Missed stuff on my original estimate and then left me in the dust. Dishonest tech named Russel I think. When I pointed it out everything was cool and he would jump on fixing it. But turn around I get a call the next morning and the say it’s easier to just go out of pocket vs getting a supplement with the insurance for their mistake. Wouldn’t recommend them if you’re coming with the hope that you’ll be covered. Because they will miss stuff and then gaslight you and wont honor their promises. They did a good job until it came to repairing a part of my car they missed the first time. I've been trying to get my car back in the shop to get a latch in my trunk repaired and nobody at cascade collision is helping me. It's been well over a month since they supposedly ordered the part to fix my trunk. I've called multiple times and have been told complete lies over the phone.
