The staff was friendly and had good communication throughout the whole process. The repair looks great, and I love that there is a lifetime warranty on the repair!
Horrible communication waited 2 weeks for an estimate, everytime I spoke with someone they said they would get it right over. Still no estimate.

Brie was very professional and kept me updated on every phase of the repair.
Unfortunately we had an issue with Shiney Shell car wash in Lehi damaging our truck! Employee error sucks! Cascade was so friendly, professional and easy to work with!!! They repaired the Truck and got it back to the same condition it was like before. Highly recommend them!!! Helps that they are a preferred in network shop as well!!! Thanks again Cascade!!!!
