Shout out to Katie and Valerie for helping me along the way and answering my questions. Thanks also to the techs who repaired my car ❤
Professional, on time, good work
Katie went above and beyond throughout the entire process, staying late, making phone calls, pulling all sorts of strings while working with a difficult insurance company. She was patient, kind, proactive, and professional. She took what would have normally been a huge burden in my life, and made it so much smoother for me. I can’t recommend this place and Katie enough.
Cascade was very communicative, did a great job, and everyone was genuinely lovely to work with. The price was waaay less than I expected so they really don't nickel and dime you. I'd highly recommend this place.
