Came in for an estimate on Monday was told I would have it back Monday end of day or Tuesday morning. I called back Tuesday afternoon and was told they would have it to me by Tuesday end of day and that they would never say to someone that they would send the estimate in the morning, still didn’t receive it. Called Wednesday morning and was apologized too but told I would have it by end of day Wednesday. It’s Thursday morning I still don’t have an estimate. Put my stuff back together with zip ties, couldn’t figure out what the rattle was. It was my heat sheild that that zip tied back
