We’ve tried to be patient and understanding and give them multiple chances, but it’s just not going well. We had a car that needed a seatbelt repair. They repaired the seatbelt, but the repair triggered a warning light that was not there before. They would not take responsibility for triggering the light and we were still required to pay for the incomplete repair. I have been to Cascade before. They have always done great work. Very professional and informative and friendly. I have always gotten my vehicle back when scheduled. And their work is excellent!
We brought our car here for repairs after getting in a minor accident. They were very helpful and kept up informed through the whole repair process. They paid close attention to detail and the repairs look fantastic! Would definitely recommend.
I went to that garage and the girl who worked there was very rude. She spoke to me as if she were being forced to. When she asked for my information, she threw the paper at me; she wasn't friendly, so I decided not to take my car there for repairs. I don't recommend it.
Katie is very professional and excellent at her job. I was kept informed of every step in the process.
