I went to that garage and the girl who worked there was very rude. She spoke to me as if she were being forced to. When she asked for my information, she threw the paper at me; she wasn't friendly, so I decided not to take my car there for repairs. I don't recommend it.
Katie is very professional and excellent at her job. I was kept informed of every step in the process.
These guys are fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Had a scratched area and they were able to buff it out. Ashley was great! I would recommend this shop. Also noted that their warranty is transferable!!
My auto repair experience with Cascade was exceptional. I especially want to recognize the repair coordinators, Valerie and Katie. Both were extremely transparent and informative as they walked me through my first insurance vehicle repair. It was refreshing to receive consistent updates, which really took the guesswork out of the process. Their communication and professionalism turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and well-managed one. I would absolutely return and highly recommend their team.
They are so helpful and really go the extra mile! Exceptional service! I've worked with them 3 times and have had a wonderful experience each time! I'll never go anywhere else!
