Cascade Collision was amazing to work with! They handled everything smoothly with our insurance and even coordinated with the rental car company, which made the whole process so much less stressful. We really felt like they were on our side, helping us get the most out of our insurance coverage. The repairs were done beautifully—the car honestly looks better than it did before the wreck. We’re so grateful for their hard work and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs!

Came in for an estimate on Monday was told I would have it back Monday end of day or Tuesday morning. I called back Tuesday afternoon and was told they would have it to me by Tuesday end of day and that they would never say to someone that they would send the estimate in the morning, still didn’t receive it. Called Wednesday morning and was apologized too but told I would have it by end of day Wednesday. It’s Thursday morning I still don’t have an estimate.
