Cascade Coast Construction completed our new home in Gleneden Beach in the early Spring of 2025. We are very happy with the finished product.Rio and his crew did a quality job at a reasonable price. The house was built on schedule and to our specs. Any issues that have come up have been handled quickly and professionally. We would recommend that you call Rio at Cascade Coast Construction if you are looking to build a new home on the Central Coast .
Rio was very responsive to any of our inquiries and the house they built for us checked all the boxes meeting all of our needs.
Our first contact with CCC came from leaving a note on Angie's list. Contractor Rio called within 30 minutes! We met in person soon after, toured our building lot and discussed timing and process. Rio recommended his designer, Jon Holbrook. We worked with Jon and received a very nice house plan. Rio and his team did a great job of building our Newport getaway. Good and sturdy construction practices along with his selected subs. We were happy we found a local builder in Newport. We reccommend him and his company for Newport construction.
I had alot of work done last year and still feel good about Reo his crew and subcontractors. All did great work and are pleasant people.
