The lady who answered the phone was very rude. Apparently since I have Medicaid I'm "Not a good fit" for them. Literally what she said. She then didn't give me chance to say or ask anything else...told me to have a good day and hung up. WOW! Classist and not in the business of helping people.
Decided not to refill my medication without warning, told me I’d been called repeatedly for two months despite receiving 0 calls, have not been able to get a hold of the receptionist more than once and every time she sounds annoyed and irritated. I was forced to go through days of intense withdrawal before finding a new emergency psychiatrist to fill my medication.
