Our car club contacted Cascade Catering six months ahead of our event to get our reservation. Today, we had a very nice picnic style luncheon for 26 people. Good food, well made, everybody liked it (which is good for a bunch of old guys!). Thank you, Ashley!
We had a tasting with Ashleigh and her food was amazing! She responded to emails quickly, had a wonderful personality, and we liked hearing her advice on the wedding industry when we had questions.
5 star experience all around with Cascade Catering! From the very beginning, Ashleigh was attentive and thorough as she helped me with deciding a menu for our particular event. Ashleigh was great to work with. Very communicative which is much appreciated and not always a given. The food was DELICIOUS. We also really appreciated the variety of options to choose from. We had a few hiccups that I will share just because they can be avoided through communication for couples in the future. The first is that we were very clear we wanted an attended buffet, but when everything was being setup, the catering team didnt seem to know that. It was a pleasure working with Ashleigh. Although she was swamped with wedding season, she was able to fit us in for a funeral celebration. The food was great and even my picky husband said it was some of the best catered food he has had. I highly recommend!
