It's a touchless car wash, so I went in with pretty low expectations. I expected it to do a good job with large surfaces and a bad job with door handles, panel gaps, etc. Even so, I was still very disappointed. It did a good job with the sides of my GTI but did a TERRIBLE job with the hood and roof. I thought perhaps the stuff left behind was really stuck on there (tree sap or something from parking under trees?), but upon inspection it was just dried dirt/grime. If I could give a zero Star I would. The car came out of the car wash looking the same exact way it went in and please Cascade car Wash please don't try to blame this on Chevys horrible material like you did the last person! How unprofessional!
