Wonderful people that truly understand what installers and contractors need & the showroom has a office that is perfect for holding design meetings.

Update from an earlier review. The owner of Cascade came out saw the problem we were having and promptly fixed it. Highly recommend Cascade for all your flooring needs! Update 03/31/26 Unfortunately we're having a new problem with our flooring. Some of the seams are cracking out
Our experience with the new owner has been very positive. We were having a small issue with flooring that was installed by the previous owner. They came out and resolved the issue promptly. Refreshing to work with a company that backs the products they sell.
