I don't like to leave negative reviews, but I feel I must in this circumstance. If you are looking for a bookkeeper to do payroll and taxes, look somewhere else. Cascade Balanced Books does great at the sale, but don't follow through on the service. When I first decided to work with Cascade Balanced Books, I was told there would be an onboarding meeting where they would make sure they had all the information in order to take over payroll and taxes. These bookkeepers do a great job: a little pricey
They are a scam. They charged us $60 to listen to them sale their services. Everything they were telling us, was an up sale to get more money out of us. We had agree to a certain service and than they tried to overcharge us more. I do not recommend them. Don’t list a certain service on your website that you don’t actually offer.
Cascade Balanced Books has helped our company save so much time. I have handed over time consuming jobs to them and they have finished them faster than I was able too. They are effective and knowledgeable. I will recommend them to anyone.
