Our car stopped running while driving to Pendleton. We managed to get the car towed to Cascade Auto, and they told us they might be able to work on the vehicle, but no promises if they could start the same day. They realized we were stranded in a strange town, so they worked on the car almost immediately, pushing it to the front of the queue. We picked it up early the next morning and we were on our way! Thank you, Cascade Auto!
Service was efficient and staff polite and caring.
Not going there again
They suck they messed up my tranny so now my car doesn’t grab gears. It was working fine before I took it to them. I would never take my car back to them
