I'm sharing this experience to help other parents make informed decisions about childcare safety at this location. On September 23, 2025, I checked my three children (ages 8 months, 4, and 6) into the Kids Club around 5:15 PM. When I returned approximately 15 minutes later, I observed my 8-month-old daughter sitting alone in a corner by the large play structure, approximately 15-20 feet from the two staff members who were seated at a table. Friendly staff, clean facility, personal trainers are awesome, variety of health and strength training options.
When COVID first hit, I had filled out all the forms & paperwork for insurance coverage.., but then decided to just let CAC keep billing until I felt comfortable going back. I figured it could help in some small measure to keep the gym afloat as times were tight. Sadly, shortly thereafter I ended up in & out of the hospital with other issues. The staff and the facilities are fabulous! The staff is so friendly and supportive of older people, those folks caring and friendliest attitude are a great motivator to get up and get moving! Thanks morning crew!!
