I absolutely love CAC! I value my health and fitness and always look forward to working out. I spend most of my time in group fitness but also enjoy free weights upstairs. I would like to give a huge shoutout to MerryAnne for her hard work and dedication to helping make sure things run smoothly. She’s come so far and has become an excellent instructor. Haven’t been to the gym in a while, I was surprised to see how much new construction was going on. Hopefully, it’ll be a great thing and done soon. One thing they’ve always had is great people working now.
