Cascade Athletic Club has shown that collecting membership dues appears to matter more than treating people with basic decency and respect. When serious issues arise, don’t expect compassion, accountability, or a genuine effort to make things right. When we were thinking about setting up our membership, we asked if adult swim lessons were offered. We were told that they could be offered on request and we would need to go through Cyndi. We set up the membership. Never heard from Cyndi. It has been a year of asking via email, phone, and in person if this is in fact an option and how we go about setting this up. Not once has anyone given me any information other than "you have to go through Cyndi" and not once has Cyndi been in the office or responded to my emails or voice... read more
