Very disappointed. I miss the cascade analytical team. Europhins is a sham. They no longer test water samples in Chelan county, as per the office person I spoke with in the Wenatchee location. They subcontract our to an out of area company based on Moscow ID. Anatek is the actual testing company and they are located in Spokane. I suggest saving yourself some time and money. Cascade analytical used to be the best company in The Valley for scientific sample testing now that Eurofins has taken over these people do not know a thing about customer service, actual real world payments, form designs that can be used by someone on a farm in a field that speak spanish. Plus you can only pay by wire or credit card and their credit card server got hacked last year we had to change all our credit cards because they were compromised so good job cascade analitical, Europeans you get a -20.
A good service at a reasonable price. The forms are a bit confusing for a first time user so I had to have them explain a few things.
