Please train your drivers better.
Very few good employees it seems. I witnessed an older male employee barate a younger female employee, yet she was much nicer to me in the first place. It was super unprofessional. They talked about how chaotic the workplace is with me sitting within ear shot, and how the bosses don't ensure the employees are properly trained to their "standard". This made me not want to use their services again.

They charge huge money to transport people from a helipad to a door about 300ft away. What a racket. Also the phone number on the bill goes to dispatch instead of billing. Cool. I don't need another ambulance I need to pay my bill. Got a very confused dispatcher who had no idea where to send me on the phone.
