Cascade provided transportation several times for my father after visits to hospital. The good: He always arrived safe and sound at his destination, the ambulance staff were quick to respond once dispatched, and the dispatching staff I spoke to were always pleasant and helpful. The bad: there seems to be no communication between billing and dispatch. Sometimes, they would bill my credit card, sometimes they wouldn't. Very few good employees it seems. I witnessed an older male employee barate a younger female employee, yet she was much nicer to me in the first place. It was super unprofessional. They talked about how chaotic the workplace is with me sitting within ear shot, and how the bosses don't ensure the employees are properly trained to their "standard". This made me not want to use their services again.
