I moved into a new house and had an issue with the shower head. Instead of selling me a whole new head (which they could have done) they suggested a $30 part and provided prompt and helpful support on how to install it. I will be going back to Cascada when I update my other bathroom
Ordered a 5 knob unit from Amazon and installed. Works great, though we had an issue. Our temperature valve was not working as we expected and got worse over time. Finally got bad enough to reach out to support and was surprised to find them very helpful. After going through a little bit of "proof" and troubleshooting, they sent a new cartridge and once replaced, the shower is fantastic. The one thing that is a bit lacking though is the 6 wall heads not having enough pressure, but that could be an "us" problem, not a Cascada... read more
