One star only because their Vancouver location no longer exists, but there’s no readily available evidence of it closing on their website or social media (willing to change my rating if I’m proved wrong - I couldn’t find anything). I was excited to go and purchase what appear to be a very high quality, and well rated brand.
I have two pairs of Casca shoes and love them both. The knits are lightweight, great for summer. I also have the leather Onda and I wear them constantly. They look more elevated than a typical sneaker, go with everything, and are super comfortable.
Great Customer Support! Had an issue, they contacted me and made things right immediately. No waiting around.
As another review mentioned - very heavy shoes, and unfortunately we did not find them comfortable at all. I ended up with scraped up/bleeding heel and pinched my forefoot uncomfortably. Also they do not appear to allow negative reviews on their website (will remove this part if they ever approve my review) therefore I'd strongly suggest that you either try before you buy or avoid them altogether.
Update. I was contacted by a Casca employee who resolved my issue. Review on the shoes themselves…great design and very comfortable. Ordered a pair of shoes on May 29th (today is June 10th) and they still have not been shipped. Trying calling twice with no response and no response to my three emails. Poor experience so far.
