Terrible experience. My taxes were submitted and rejected the same day, and the tax preparer Erika never told me. I only found out after calling the IRS myself. I have tried reaching out multiple times and have been completely ignored by Erika. This lack of communication is unacceptable and unprofessional, especially when dealing with sensitive financial matters. Do not trust someone who fails to inform you that your return was rejected and leaves you without answers for weeks. I would not recommend this service.
