Dr. Casas was my father’s physician for many years, until my father’s death four months ago. My father was always very happy with Dr. Casas, but Jennifer the office manager was appallingly unprofessional. Dr. Casas was awesome. The staff was very nice and professional. I had my appointment at 3 pm, I didn’t have to wait long to be examined. They called me the day before to confirm the appointment which was very nice. The office is clean and organized. Dr. Casas was not in a rush to get to know what my problem was. I feel a lot of doctors are less than 5 minutes with you and they don’t get to know what’s going on, but this was not the case. Dr Casas is ok BUT HIS STAFF IS TERRIBLE says they leave messages and haven't They are the RUDEST staff I've ever delt with

My husband has been going to Dr. Casas for several years. He has loved his experience with him. The poor rating goes directly to his office staff Jennifer. I called to pay a $35 no show fee and I was faced with snippy short uncalled for comments. After demanding from me a reason why he hasn’t returned her correspondence, I said “he works”.
