This company is stellar in every way…from the Owner, to the customer service at the office to Jorge and his crew that has come to service our system! Could not ask for better! Jorge and his crew have been Polite, professional, thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Luis with Casas did a great job of repairing my drain and recommending additional inlets to help my front yard drain properly. He was professional, knowledgeable and exceptionally quick at getting the work done as promised. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a consultation and drainage work done! Casas Irrigation did a great job installing my foundation drip system at a reasonable price. Luis explained the process well over the phone and was quick to respond to any questions. When it was time to install, Jaime went over the system and showed me how it worked. Good price. Good people.

I originally had a five star review for Luis because I liked him and I thought he was honest. But then I had some issues with the irrigation that I just wanted him to look at and he became very defensive and said it wasn’t his fault. He was angry and didn’t even listen. This happened once and I decided to give him a chance thinking maybe he had a bad day but then it happened again. He showed his character and his temper.
