Do not recommend Casa de Leon everybody are as friendly and nice until you sign on the home then after that you on your own ac constantly messing up things that needed to be fixed have not been fixed yet it is such an headache. I was super excited to be a first time homebuyer but now I am regretting every moment of it.
Update to my last post, the technicians came out and finally fixed the air conditioning unit. They also explained the reasons of why it wasn't working. Although we didn't appreciate the initial response to the problem, thankfully they corrected the issue
Terrible quality houses. I’ve had mine for 8 years. They use cheap material. I reached out to them the first year I bought it to fix issues in the house. Sent me foreman and he just gave me excuses. Never fixed the issues, I had to do them myself and pay out of pocket. Walls are cracking, they left the tile on the toilet broken, left water hose messed up, did a terrible quick fix, the side door, everytime it rains, water comes in, damages structure .
