Never use this Casas Adobes dental surgery on Swan in Tucson. I have had many, many dental procedures done on my teeth over the years, but never have I had a more paiinful one with Dr. Cynthis Colson. She apparently never learned how to properly prepare a tooth prior to start yanking and twisting the tooth to extract it. I finally made her stop and properly novocanine the area. Never use this facility nor this Dr. Bob Ratledge
Good Dentist, but bad billing experience I had my wisdom teeth taken out here and the surgery was okay (though I got terrible dry sockets) but I had major problems with the billing department. I gave them my insurance car, paid my co-pay, and thought everything was fine. Two YEARS later I started getting bills for over $1,000 from them. Turns out that they didn't enter my insurance info correctly but it took close to six months and many, many phone calls to resolve. The front desk receptionist Virginia has the worst people skills known to man kind not sure why a practice would keep such a rude person around. Also, this office will not bill your insurance company even if they are in network.
