Excellent customer service. Make sure to book an appt to get more one on one time with the staff. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Perfect customer service. Couldn't do enough to help me. Staff made me very comfortable and nothing was too much effort.
Never have I encountered such poor customer service. Upon taking my little sister shopping for a formal gown at Casar Elegance I was very viscously accused of taking photos of the dresses by the older staff member, and accused of lying when I told her that I was actually only replying to a text. In a store where I was planning on spending hundreds of dollars I would expect to be treated with respect. I would advise strongly against using Casar Elegance.
