Marge and Joe do not own this motel. A developer in Glens Falls does. Motel and cabins are poorly maintained. Infested with rodents, roaches and mold. Repairs are shotty if they repair anything. They rent to anyone. They terrorize the people that live there with threats of eviction. Poor people are stuck living there in a motel room or a one room “cabin” with showers being labels as apartments or studios online. The owner is a complete nut case that thinks the Earth is flat and mice are somehow traveling into outer space, and she also claims that she has them in her own apartment. I wonder how many mice are in their units? She has nothing but bad reviews. She goes by the name of @majori88206011 on X formerly known as twitter. She spends all day calling people names because we know the Earth is a globe instead of getting rid of her mice. I would avoid Joe and this woman at all costs.
