I went in to Casanova Jewellers to get an engagement ring designed and it turned out beautifully. From the time I ordered the ring to the time of picking it up, it was less than three weeks (including sourcing the diamond). He met my tight deadline with ease. Patrick is a pleasure to work with as well. He handcrafted the ring and is an artist before anything else. Patrick truly went above and beyond to help us with resizing our ring! He took the time to explain all about the process, assessed the vintage ring to ensure the diamond was secure and did a great job polishing the ring to look like new. He also had a wide array of nice custom rings. Would highly reccomend to anyone looking for a new custom ring or to resize/repair an old ring. Truly great customer service!
