I stopped by without an appointment to see if I could have a watch strap adjusted and was greeted by Patrick Casanova. He stopped what he was doing and took take the time to not only adjust my watch but also polished my ring and educated me on a few other enquires I had. Patrick was incredibly pleasant and informative. The best customer experience I've had in a long while. I'll be back to see him very soon. 10/10 recommend Casanova and Patrick.

We had our wedding rings custom made by Patrick and his team, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The craftsmanship is exceptional and each ring is beautifully made. Beyond the quality of the work, the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. It’s rare to find this level of care and skill at such a reasonable price, especially from a local business. We highly recommend them.

This is a REALLY late review, I am so sorry. I wandered into the shop in April of 2025 looking for an engagement ring. I say down with Patrick and was able to tell him my budget and email him a few examples of the design I was looking to secure. He sent me drawings in the following days and we discussed the more fine details about the stone (clarity, shape, colour) and then he set expectations of when it would be complete.
