After seeing these tacos on Gareth Eats, I was so happy to find them at the PB Farmers’ Market within walking distance of my rental. I had the original Baja and IMHO, the better one, the Sweet Ginger. The fish is so tender, almost buttery. The tacos are huge, but messy. Fork came in handy. I feel very lucky that two of the top five Baja tacos, right here in Pacific Beach!
They were at the race at Coronado NASCAR race and I love fish tacos so I gave them a try. Yup they were the best fish tacos I ever had….i know they were at the race and the food is usually on and not so fresh. Well these were fantastic, fresh, full of goodness and flavor. I had to look them up to see where they were from and then I saw there reviews here….they are the real deal!!!
Really good fish tacos! The fish tastes super fresh and is incredibly tender. Innovative flavors mixed with some classics. Highly recommend. I tried them when I went to Burgeon Beer Co.
