I used their services over the last few years, but the most recent one went other way. They told me I would get a quote as a good customer of them, also they are pretty bussy. After some follow up calls they suddenly told me they won't be able to do the quotes. Would have been better to be honest from the beginning. They even told the insurare I didn't want to use them, which wasn't true. Had to look for another BMW accredited repairer...
We couldn't be happier with the work done by Casanova Crash Repairs. All the staff are professional, friendly, polite and helpful and Charbel and Salim are particularly fantastic to deal with. We love our Volvo and to have our car returned cleaned, immaculate with a perfect repair was wonderful; the quality of their work is outstanding. Highly recommend.
