The bleaching service offered does not reflect the promised results. I was very clear in my questions prior to the treatment asking Cassandra whether one session would be enough and she confirmed. During the procedure I did not feel even the slightest sensation and she repeatedly stated that I was a great candidate for the treatment. The bleaching and chemical peel she uses are very obviously not strong enough to cause any difference at all in discoloration and are not worth the price she charges. The first thing that I didn’t like about this place was the very poor communication. I tried to reach out to cassandra over the phone to make my lip filler appt but their was no answer. I also didn’t like that everything was online, appt & re scheduling. Felt that she was being so strict with the money but being so unprofessional about having more comunication.
