I wouldn't use this plumber again. He spent a large chunk of the time for looking for stuff in his truck - which he charged me for. I was very clear about what I needed - a standard sink mount. He worked at a pokey pace. I did not get a sink mount - but cheap metal brackets you can buy for 97 cents each ($60 parts). One of the brackets is installed incorrectly and wiggles - it's not tight. He also drilled into my kitchen cabinets - unnecessary if a proper sink mount had been used.
They came 3 times and still couldn’t fix the issue. Each visit cost more money and the problem actually got worse. Very unprofessional.
I highly recommend Casaletto and Sons! Tom responds quickly to calls and is always friendly, polite and knowledgeable. His work is top notch, he explains things well and lets you know what to do avoid repeat issues in the future. I always recommend him to my friends since he is such a trustworthy and excellent plumber!
Tom was prompt to reply and asked the right questions to make sure he could accurately quote my issue and fix it fast. I recommend and will use him again.
