I’ve been a loyal customer at this tile store for over 15 years, which makes this experience extremely disappointing. We recently purchased tile, but once it arrived, the color match was completely wrong. Color consistency is critical with tile, and this was not a minor variation. According to their own receipt and contract, returns are allowed with a 25% restocking fee, which I was fully willing to pay. My husband and I have shopped far and wide and even in other states but Casale has them all beat with selection, pricing and all around great staff and service to make you feel like a million without spending a million.
