Quick in and out helped me start my day early
Be careful at the New Karner Location. Mike is a rude, power-hungry guy. He doesn't know how to treat customers. He lied about the machine being damaged (accused me of damaging the machine) and over charged me on my debit card. I never received a receipt for charges either. I will not rent from that location again. See the review from Max Corbet! Same issue as me.
We've been renting equipment 2 to 3 times per month from casale for years. We've also bought used equipment from them; in all that time we've had 1 issue with a brand new piece of equipment and the manager went above and beyond for us to make sure our job was a success! Thank you Mike and team for keeping us working! Update: Sunbelt buys casale and jacks up all the prices. Not cool. You lose 2 stars until prices are competitive again.
Good equipment but it had issue and did not run at full power, they made generous adjustment to bill. I would go there again.
The service I received at New Karner rd was very good. The equipment was serviced a hundred percent. I've rented from Sun Belt/Casale rental multiple times and never have had a bad experience. I recommend them highly.
