I had the WORST experience with this contractor over a year ago. The experience was so traumatic I've actually procrastinated leaving the bad review she/they truly deserve. (deep breaths) 1. She kept delaying showing ANY drawings of what the project would look like until they "finished" and then it was too late, despite my protestations. 2.
