We came to tour recently and I would like to say the person who toured us name was Randal not certain however he was extremely informative, friendly and a great tour guide. The apartments were honestly perfect. He was honest about the rent prices fluctuations that happen daily. The reason for the 4 star is the rent inflations we planned to apply the unit started out at 3000 12 hours after our tour it went up to 3100 est and then 3208 and currently 3192 with some even higher!. The whole leasing experience was awful. I was recommended Casa Lago from past tenants that expressed positive experiences. We place our application online.They attempted to contact the leasing office, after a few days with no answer or reply, and was unsuccessful. Went in person. Walked in and was never greeted or acknowledged. When I finally spoke with someone I asked a few questions and the person said they would find me answers and never did. Very different from what I saw years ago. I didn't view the unit before move-in and that is on me. I needed an inexpensive, local short -term (as short as possible) unit with a garage while I looked for a place or of the county. I was not expecting to really consider it TLF (Temporary Living Facility) - for military and dependents, I think you will understand.
