What happened to your prices??? $4.7K for your townhome?? They were priced at 4.2 last year. That jump is insane.
You have to rent the community room, (like if rent isn’t high enough to have this amenity included), also, there’s an Air hockey table in the community room, but, even though you have to pay for it, you need to turn in an ID to be able to use the pushers and paddles, and they take it away when the office closes. Like, you know I rented it out, I payed for the event, I should be able to use it throughout my event. We’ve been living here a few years now & it’s been great! Alejandra is amazing & has been our main point of contact for everything. Not only is she the sweetest person ever, she has been very helpful, understanding & attentive to all our needs. She has made living here truly feel like home! The staff is also just as wonderful, including Arturo who takes the time to assist you & is the ultimate handyman!
