This for the maintenance guys Arturo and Chon. They are ALWAYS responding to my issues very quickly and effectively. When I put in a request, I will request a phone call or text and they will do so. Today they replaced my microwave and before they left they heard my garage making a popping noise. They replaced 3 broken joints right on the spot. Worst experience I have ever had renting an apartment. I should have ran from the initial mess from the leasing office upon move in. The apartment I moved in has been an absolute lemon. First, the cleaning staff did a complete poor job turning over this unit. The microwave was beyond disgusting with built up oil. The oven was all corroded, most likely from years of harsh cleaning products being used and not properly used. The dishwasher smelled like mildew and had broken peices inside. My initial anticipation for Casa Lago, expecting an upgrade, has unfortunately been met with significant disappointment.
