Stayed at Rocky Paws Retreat in Sedona, AZ. What a dreadful experience. We had to leave early due to an illness and their cancellation policy states clearly what is to be refunded. They have found the loophole on how to not provide that refund. Do not stay at a property hosted by this company!
Do not rent from this host!!!! Casago has a dishonest cancellation policy that is completely different than the app states and impossible for the visitor to know. This company will go back and forth with Air BnB as the middle man to keep your 50% that is supposed to be returned to you per the cancellation policy. Completely and utterly dishonest! Not to mention the “Rocky Paws Retreat” home was very poorly remodeled, with drawers in the bathrooms and kitchen simply falling out because they are not on tracks. I’ve seen such a... read more
Our family of 7 had a wonderful week in this lovely Sedona home. Having a full kitchen was great to save money on meals at home vs eating out. Our kids loved the pool, pool table and nightly campfires. The backyard view was spectacular. The Casago staff was friendly and responsive. We did have an issue with our guest bathroom shower (which was disclosed to us) and couldn’t use it all week. We all just took turns using the master shower. The plumber came to fix it on our last day there. We all agreed it was it was our favorit... read more
