Do not use this service for a mattress pickup. Scheduled a mattress pick up a week in advance. Never got picked up after over 48 hours. They are not helpful on the phone and can only offer a "call back" that never comes. Use a different service.
I would give no starts if I could they completely buried my dumpster and when spoken to about it came back and buried it even more as well as my fire exit. Very unprofessional and un accommodating. Very bad attitude from driver when asked to open a path for dumpster.
Casablanca picked up a mattress for me in Boston. Appontment was easy to schedule, and pick up was prompt.
Yacine and Nadir are amazing. They do an excellent job with snow removal at my property and area always available for questions or concerns. I would recommend to anyone looking for commercial snow removal in Boston.
