I ordered flowers for a birthday, to be delivered on 12 June. The flowers showed up a week early making it seem as if I didn’t know when the birthday was. I was told the flowers would be redelivered on the correct date. They never were, worst part was, there was a confirmation email sent out on the 12th saying they were delivered. No refund. Nothing. Awful service.

They didn’t deliver my valentines flowers. Still waiting for the owner to take care of the problem and they don’t answer the phone. No refund or explanation of what happened. Horrible experience.
