The food is almost universally delicious, though a few menu items are a miss for me. But the pricing feels somewhat out of step with reality. And how can I be expected to pay top dollar to support local a bakery that is cutting corners with AI rather than hiring a local designer for their signage.
Uncomfortably loud music and multiple times in a row now I've been told to wait at the counter for five plus minutes while workers took personal calls. The last two times I've left without being served without the attendant even noticing, which is a completely different experience than I'd had here last year. Desserts are still good but it's a shame the service has gotten like it has.
Found this bakery around the corner from our Jellybean Row B and B. The pistachio croissant was HUGE and flaky and sweet, drizzled with chocolate sauce. Coffee was good and the pistachio coffee looked amazing. Cute little find in St. John's.
