a new young face makes all the difference! Though the merchandise is quite nice, the employees are not. Casabella, you did good hiring a new younger face. The few times that I have been in over the last few months, a young girl has welcomed me into the store with a big bright smile. If you ever lose her, you will definitely lose my business, and much more business, I am sure, as well.
Great selection - terrible attitude! After three separate trips to Casa Bella I've finally had enough. Wonderful selection and location, but staff is consistently condescending and downright rude. On all visits, the staff was busily chatting about their weekend parties, their decorating and clothing delimmas, and their personal issues. Casabella is a Great Place for Gitware & Home Furnishings Casabella is a great place for home furnishings and gift items. From specialty dinnerware & linens to costume jewelry, Casabella has something for everyone. Prices are very reasonable.
Poor Customer service Casabella does have a wonderful variety or merchandise. I too have come in on different occasions and the staff was having a great time talking with themselves and ignoring the customers. I thought it must be me until I read the previous review making the same observation. I hope the management reads reviews and will work to correct this.
Special Home Furnishings & Gifts Casabella is an excellent place to shop for home furnishings and gifts when you're looking for something just a little bit different. They sell beautiful jewelry and baby gift items as well. In my opinion, they're a little pricey but worth it for that special piece.
One Stop Shopping My sister and I were excited to see that Casabella has expanded their boutique section. We got some of the cutest clothes and they have the best prices on jewelry.
