This is a wonderful Senior Community! Gated, QUIET, secure and extremely well-maintained! It is a 'tax incentive' community, meaning that the rents for qualifying seniors (low income) are subsidized and below market rates. The tenants here are quiet, very pleasant, and the amenities, while a bit slender, are wonderful.
